SHIPPING COSTS & SHIPPING POLICIES:
Customer Orders are Shipped 72 hours after Payment is Received EXCEPT for Weekends and Holidays. The shipping cost per product will decrease as you increase the number of products per customer order up to a certain limit.
Our Shipping System is designed to reward customers who include 2 or more products per order. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the increasing incidence of mail fraud, we require ALL CUSTOMERS to have a Verified Shipping Address or Confirmed Shipping Address. This policy protects both parties against dishonesty and mail fraud. If you purchase without a Confirmed Address, your order will be canceled and you will receive a complete refund. You will then be contacted and asked to complete a simple process to setup a Confirmed Address. Then, you will be able to purchase any items from our online store. FOR US CUSTOMERS: PayPal Accounts must have Confirmed Addresses, Customer Billing Address and Customer Shipping Address entered with JT's Collectibles must be the same, and Shipping and Billing Addresses entered with JT's Collectibles must be accurate and correct, Customer Name must be the same for the PayPal Account and the Customer Account information entered with JT's Collectibles for the product purchase orders. If this information is different or incorrect, your order will be canceled and your total purchase amount will be refunded. TO ALL U.S. CUSTOMERS: All U.S. Customer Orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with Insurance, Tracking Number and Signature Confirmation. There are sometimes delays in updated records being posted to the USPS Online system, so it may take more than 24 hours for the Tracking information to be posted to this system. PLEASE NOTE; JT´s Collectibles has no control over the USPS online tracking system. There are times when the Tracking Number does not show up in the USPS online tracking system until after the customer order is delivered to the customer’s address. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your parcel the day of delivery.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: PayPal Accounts must have Confirmed Addresses, Customer Billing Address and Customer Shipping Address entered with JT's Collectibles must be the same, and Shipping and Billing Addresses entered with JT's Collectibles must be accurate and correct, Customer Name must be the same for the PayPal Account and the Customer Account information entered with JT's Collectibles for the product purchase orders. We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO military addresses. TO ALL CUSTOMERS: If a customer provides JT´s Collectibles with an incomplete or invalid address that causes non-delivery or return to the sender (JT´s Collectibles), the customer will be required to pay additional shipping charges to ship the order out the 2nd time once the correct and complete address is provided to JT´s Collectibles.
RETURNS: All sales are final. If a product is broken or damaged, please contact us, so that we can start the claims process and make arrangements to send a replacement product to you. First, you will need to send JT´s Collectibles a JPEG image of the damaged or broken item. Based upon the different requirements of manufacturers and distributors, you may be required to send the damaged or broken product back to JT´s Collectibles before a replacement product can be shipped to you. Again, please contact us, so that we can start the process for you.
Returns will not be accepted for imperfect or worn product packaging.
REFUNDS DUE TO COUNTRIES THAT ARE RESTRICTED OR BLOCKED BY USPS: USPS has developed and maintains a list of countries that are either RESTRICTED OR BLOCKED FROM SOME OR ALL SHIPPING SERVICES. This List changes frequently and is updated on a very regular basis by USPS. Some of the reasons for COUNTRIES BEING RESTRICTED OR BLOCKED FROM SOME OR ALL SHIPPING SERVICES INCLUDE: HIGH INCIDENCES OF THEFT, FRAUD OR MAIL MISHANDLING. Since this list changes so frequently, we cannot post or restrict these countries in our SHOPPING CART. Therefore, any International Customers are encouraged to contact us to see if their specific country is on this list. TYPICALLY, most countries from the Restricted or Blocked List are in certain parts of Africa, the Middle East, Certain Latin American countries and Certain Islands in the Pacific and Carribean. If you purchase from JT's Collectibles and your country is on the RESTRICTED OR BLOCKED LIST, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL FROM JT'S COLLECTIBLES AND YOUR PURCHASE WILL BE COMPLETELY REFUNDED.
