Payment Options, Cancellations & Refunds

PAYMENT OPTIONS have changed as of 8/14/2011: FOR US CUSTOMERS: (PayPal Accounts must have Confirmed Addresses, Customer Billing Address and Customer Shipping Address entered with JT's Collectibles must be the same, and Shipping and Billing Addresses entered with JT's Collectibles must be accurate and correct, Customer Name must be the same for the PayPal Account and the Customer Account information entered with JT's Collectibles for the product purchase orders. If this information is different or incorrect, your order will be canceled and your total purchase amount will be refunded. Payment Options Include:  PayPal Only FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: PayPal Accounts must have Confirmed Addresses, Customer Billing Address and Customer Shipping Address entered with JT's Collectibles must be the same, and Shipping and Billing Addresses entered with JT's Collectibles must be accurate and correct, Customer Name must be the same for the PayPal Account and the Customer Account information entered with JT's Collectibles for the product purchase orders. PayPal must have your Correct Address on file.  If this information is different or incorrect, your order will be canceled and your total purchase amount will be refunded. Payment Options Include:  PayPal Only (IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE AS OF 8/14/2011:  Since Bank and Credit Card Company Policies are now very similar to PayPal, we are switching to PayPal Only.  Please Click on the "Important Market Updates and Announcements" Section from our Home Page for a detailed explanation.  CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER: FOR IN-STOCK PRODUCTS If a customer cancels an order: If the customer requests a refund, a 50% Restocking Fee will be initiated against the Total Dollar Amount paid by the customer for this specific order. The customer will then receive a Net Refund that is 50% of the Total Dollar Value paid by the customer for this specific order. FOR PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS If a customer cancels an order: If the customer requests a refund, a 50% Restocking Fee will be initiated against the Total Dollar Amount paid by the customer for this specific order. The customer will then receive a Net Refund that is 50% of the Total Dollar Value paid by the customer for this specific order. FOR SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS No cancellations will be accepted by JT’s Collectibles for customers who placed a Special Order with our company. Typically, these are unique and unusual products that JT’s Collectibles could not easily resell to our regular customers. If a customer order is cancelled due to the actions of the manufacturer, distributor or JT’s Collectibles, a 100% refund will be issued to the customer. CANCELLATION BY JT’S COLLECTIBLES: If a product release is allocated by the manufacturer or distributor at a lower quantity than was previously indicated OR if the manufacturer cancels a product release, the customer’s order will be cancelled if there are inadequate quantities or no quantities available. If any of the above circumstances arise, the customer will receive a Full Refund of any payments made to JT’s Collectibles for Pre-Order or Special Order products. REFUNDS: If a product release is allocated by the manufacturer or distributor at a lower quantity than was previously indicated OR if the manufacturer cancels a product release, the customer’s order will be cancelled if there are inadequate quantities or no quantities available.
