FOR IN-STOCK PRODUCTS If a customer cancels an order: - If the customer requests a refund, a 50% Restocking Fee will be initiated against the Total Dollar Amount paid by the customer for this specific order. The customer will then receive a Net Refund that is 50% of the Total Dollar Value paid by the customer for this specific order.

FOR SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS No cancellations will be accepted by JT’s Collectibles for customers who placed a Special Order with our company. Typically, these are unique and unusual products that JT’s Collectibles could not easily resell to our regular customers. If a product release is allocated by the manufacturer or distributor at a lower quantity than was previously indicated OR if the manufacturer cancels a product release, the customer’s order will be cancelled if there are inadequate quantities or no quantities available. If any of the above circumstances arise, the customer will receive a Full Refund of any payments made to JT’s Collectibles for Pre-Order or Special Order products.
